Organizational status
Next Chapter Legacy Collective is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. Its application for federal recognition under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3) is pending. The website does not represent that federal recognition or fiscal sponsorship has already been approved.
Donations
Online donations are not currently accepted through this website. Before online giving is activated, NCLC will publish the applicable payment instructions and charitable-status disclosure. Unless a contribution is processed through an approved fiscal sponsor, donors should not assume advance assurance of federal tax deductibility while NCLC's IRS application remains pending.
Programs and service availability
Descriptions reflect NCLC's intended programs and growth model. Services, locations, eligibility, schedules, partnerships, and available assistance may change based on funding, approvals, capacity, safety, and community need. Website content does not guarantee services, benefits, funding, housing, or participation.
Separation from housing management
Participation in NCLC programs does not determine tenancy, rent, recertification, maintenance, lease enforcement, or other housing-management decisions. NCLC services are distinct from property-management functions.
